1. PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT AND CONSIDERATION
The parties to this Agreement (henceforth the “Agreement”) are you (henceforth the “user”) and Escorts in NC (henceforth the “Company”). The terms “we” and “us” are used interchangeably to refer to the Company and Websites; the term “You” and “Your” are used to You the User.
1.1 By accessing the Websites and for other valuable good consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged by You and the Company, You agree to be bound by all terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement.
1.2 Subject to Your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company shall grant you a limited non-transferable right to access the contents of the Websites operated by the Company.
1.3 The Agreement is subject to change by the Company without notice at any time and changes shall be effective upon notice to Users by posting or via hyperlink to the Websites or by email or buy any other form the Company deems suitable. You may not alter, delete, amend or edit any terms and conditions and any such attempt shall be deemed null and void of any effect.
1.4 Any attempt to bookmark a page on the Websites whereby the warning page, age verification process and/or the terms of use page are bypassed shall constitute implicit acceptance by You of all Terms and Conditions set forth in this Agreement as well as explicit acceptance and acknowledgement by You of the fact that You are an adult and at least 18 years or the age of majority under the laws of your jurisdiction.
